2. Controller and data
Kervan Isıl İşlem ve Makine San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Uzunçiftlik Mh. Sadun Atığ Cd. No:112, Kartepe / Kocaeli, is the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698. The site has no accounts or forms and stores no personal data; your cart stays in your own browser. Cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner (see “Cookies and ad measurement”). When you send an order request by WhatsApp or e-mail we receive what the message contains and your number or address; the confirmation also asks for delivery and invoice details. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps technical logs such as IP addresses for security.
3. Purpose, transfers, retention
Data is used to answer the request, make and perform the contract, deliver, invoice and handle returns and warranty claims, and to meet legal duties. It may go to the carrier, banks, authorities and our accountants. WhatsApp, e-mail providers and Cloudflare run servers abroad; using them sends your data abroad through the channel you choose (you may also order by phone). Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by law; requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within a year.
4. Cookies and ad measurement
We use the Google Ads conversion measurement tag to see whether our ads work. The tag and its cookies load only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline or do not choose, nothing is requested from Google for this purpose and no cookie is set; the site and ordering work exactly the same.
With your consent, the Google Ads cookie and ad click identifiers, your IP address, browser details and the conversion on the site (sending an order or quote request by WhatsApp or e-mail from the cart or a product page, clicking a phone or WhatsApp link) are processed. We do not send the content of your order message, your name or your contact details to Google. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA) and transferred abroad on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9 of the Law).
We do not ask for or use personalised advertising (remarketing).
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of every page. Once you withdraw consent the tag stops storing and sending ad data at once and is not loaded at all from the next page load. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Visit statistics are kept with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. Your cart, theme and cookie choice stay in your own browser (localStorage / sessionStorage) and are not sent to us.
5. Your rights
You have the rights in Article 11 of the Law (access, correction, deletion, objection and more). Write to info@kervanheat.com or to our address; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
